29 May 2006 -- Xsupplicant 1.2.6 is now available for download. This release contains only one new feature, but a lot of small (and one large) bug fixes. In version 1.2.5 there was a bug that could cause a segfault when an 802.1X reauthentication happened. This bug has been fixed. The only additional feature is the addition of TTLS-EAP-MD5. A full list of the new features/fixes are included in the CHANGELOG file. Please look there for a complete list. You can grab this release from the usual place.
One other interesting piece of information that is noteworthy. Open Systems Consultants has released the code to libtnc. For people that are interested in experimenting with Trusted Network Connect (TNC) on linux, they should grab the latest copy of libtnc from here, and then use the --enable-tnc configure option. Currently this only works against Radiator using a proprietary set of RADIUS attributes. But, we are working together with OSC to get a standards based version of TNC available.
