IIS 6.0 은 IIS 5.0 과 다르게

IIS 관리 콘솔에서 웹 서비스 확장 폭더에 Extension 을 허용해주어야만 작동한다.

In the IIS console, go to "Web Service Extensions" and enable the "Perl ISAPI" extension. If it is not already there, create it and enable it. This is new for Win2003/IIS6.
